Empress Exports is engaged in garment exports business since year 2002, however promoters of company are in garment export field since more than 20 years. The company operates from Mumbai-India and cater mainly to European, USA, Gulf, Africa and Far East clientele. In India also it has strong presence in Fashion, Uniforms and Corporate segment .

Product range

Empress Exports manufactures and exports shirts, blouses, trousers, shorts, capris, caps, uniforms from 100 % cotton, poly cotton, linen and modal fabrics. The range has more of young fashion look with value added articles with prints, embroidery and appliqués and different washes.

There is complete package of uniform which may include trouser, shirt / polo tees, caps from 100 % cotton or poly cotton fabric.

The company also produces value added tee shirts for men’s, ladies , for young boys and girls which are unique in designs, prints, appliqués, embroideries, washes and stitching details. Fabric used are mostly 100 % cotton jersey ranging from 130 gsm to 260 gsm or pique from 160 gsm to 240 gsm. The range is more popular with young people who are looking for fashion and right fit.

Company also outsource Made ups, PVC leather cloth, certain carpentary products, resins , paint brushes, Hardware articles, Incense sticks, wax polish for their overseas clients.

Production

Production is carried out on the state of art machineries. Washing and printing units are specialized units who understand prevailing trends of fashion industry and can cater as per client requirements.

Production is carried out both in Mumbai and Tirupur. Number of stitching machines vary from 200 to 500 depending on orders in hand.

1. The merchandising department keeps a strict control over order tracking. The buyers are kept updated by sending weekly status report till the shipment is done. It controls quality, delivery schedules and maintaining total transparency with buyers.

2. Fabric Quality, all accessories and required styles are approved in advance by the clients.

3. Fabric is checked and arrow marked for defects before bulk cutting.

4. We have tie-ups with the best fabric suppliers.

5. Quality control team consisting of supervisors and checkers, keep check on every stage of production.
